Shandong Hongqiao Scholz Circular Economy Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hongshun”) is officially rewarded the qualification of ELV recycling and dismantling by Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce.
Hongshun is jointly invested and funded by Shandong Hongqiao Group and Scholz Group, and fully combines Scholz’s leading recycling technology and Hongqiao’s most aluminum production capacity globally. Through the “3+N” model, the recyclable resource of ELV, aluminum recovery, EV battery recycling and supporting industrial chain, Hongshun aims to become a top-of-the-range recycling technology industrial park in the world and is committed to achieve an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of recycled aluminum, 100,000 ELVs and reduce carbon emissions 1.9 million tons per year by 2026.
At this stage, in order to support the development of projects in China, Scholz Group in China has successively been awarded 11 patents (10 utility model patents and 1 invention patent) by the State Intellectual Property Office of China, and more invention patents are under substantive examination.
